Our Story

Who Are We?

Pines Running Co. isn’t just about miles—it’s about mindset.

My name is Adrian. I’m an Army veteran and coach. In the military, we ran 4–6 miles three times a week. It wasn’t optional. It wasn’t for likes. It was about building grit. Discipline. Mental toughness. That habit stuck with me.

Running taught me how to keep going when everything in me said stop. It’s more than physical—it’s therapy, it’s clarity, it’s resilience in motion.

That’s why I started Pines Running Co. To create a space where people of all levels can discover what running does for the body, but more importantly, what it does for the mind. Whether you’re chasing a PR or just getting off the couch, this is your space. Your pace. Your community.
